Kamran Rasool relieved of his duties

LAHORE, Dec 19: Former chief secretary Kamran Rasool (SG/BS-22) was relieved of his duties in the Punjab government with effect from Dec 10, 2005, the date when he relinquished charge to take up new assignment in the federal government as secretary in the Industries, Production and Special Initiatives, Islamabad,.

This was done in pursuance of the Government of Pakistan, Cabinet Secretariat, Establish-ment Division, Islamabad notification, dated Dec 7, 2005.

Mr Ahmed Ali Malik (ex-PCS/BS-17), Land Acquisition Collector, Ghazi Barotha Hydropower Project, Attock, is transferred with immediate effect and posted as deputy secretary, communication and works department, Government of the Punjab, in his own pay and scale, against a vacant post, says an official announcement.

Nawazish Ali (PSS/BS-19), Joint Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Punjab, Lahore, is transferred with immediate effect and posted as District Coordination Officer, Toba Tek Singh, against a vacant post.—APP
