HYDERABAD, Dec 19: The district and sessions judge of Jamshoro on Monday questioned the authenticity of a station diary of the Anti-Car Lifting Cell, Karachi, presented by an ASI of the ACLC, saying it could easily be tampered with by anyone.

The judge, Mohammad Ishaque Memon, is holding an inquiry to ascertain the circumstances leading to the killing of Abdul Aziz, husband of Muttahida Qaumi Movement MPA Asma Sherwani on Oct 23.

The judge said the station diary did not have page numbers and certification of an authorized officer. He directed the SSP, ACLC, to prepare the station diary as per law and rules.

Then TPO of Nooriabad, then Lunikot police station SHO Niaz Panwhar, ASI Zakir Qaimkhani and two private persons deposed before the court.
