KARACHI, Dec 18: The Sindh Education and Literacy Department conducted written tests for the appointment of 150 lecturers of Sindhi language subject, at the DJ Sindh Government Science College, on Sunday. In connection with the implementation of teaching of Sindhi Language at the intermediate level in the province, these tests were held to fill the 150 posts of lecturers, said a statement.
Sindh Education Minister Dr Hamida Khuro, Secretary Education Syed Ghulam Ali Pasha, Additional Secretary (Colleges) Tufail Ahmed, EDO Education Prof Raees Alvi and other officials supervised the tests.
Some 805 candidates including 187 females appeared in the tests.—APP
