ISLAMABAD, Dec 15: A week-long OCA Swimming Technical Officials Course started at Pakistan Sports Complex on Thursday. Pakistan Swimming Federation (PSF) is organizing the Olympic Council of Asia course which will conclude on Dec24. The course is being conducted by Mr.Woon-Sui-Kut (Singapore). Nearly 30 officials, both males and females, are attending the course from all over Pakistan. —APP
