LAHORE, Dec 13: Retracting her earlier statement, a teenaged Kashmiri earthquake survivor told a local judicial magistrate here on Tuesday that the Mayo Hospital doctor had not raped her.
Ajeeba Jabeen was produced before judicial magistrate Mian Iqbal Mazhar by SSP investigation Chaudhry Shafqaat. The girl reportedly told the magistrate that she had signed the statement, that accused Dr Maqsood committed rape, under pressure from a local journalist.
