Korean team calls on NA dy speaker

ISLAMABAD, Dec 10: A four-member delegation of Korean ‘One Body One Spirit’ movement called on the National Assembly deputy speaker, Sardar Mohammad Yaqub, at the Parliament House here on Saturday. Choi Eun Jung, the leader of Korean delegation, apprised the deputy speaker of her organization’s contribution towards the ongoing relief efforts in the quake-hit areas of NWFP and AJK.

She said the organization had plans to build permanent shelters in the earthquake affected areas.

She extended all-out support to the affected people.

The National Assembly deputy speaker appreciated the role of the Korean movement and its team and assured his support for this cause.

Mr Yaqub termed the recent donors conference held in Islamabad a big success and said the international community and donors had generously donated funds for the rehabilitation of earthquake affected people.
