KARACHI: Varsity exam rescheduled

KARACHI, Dec 9: The Karachi University has rescheduled BCom external exams 2005, scheduled to commence from Dec 10. According to KU Controller of Examinations Anwar Zaidi, the exams in question, for which so far 18,000 students including 6,000 female candidates have registered themselves, will now commence from Dec 30.

He said now candidates, who could not submit their registration and examination forms, could now do so till Dec 17 with previous late and usual fees. Meanwhile, the university announced on Friday that the papers of BA (external) and BA/BCom/BSc (regular) annual exams 2005 would be held as per the schedule on Dec 15. There is no change in the dates and centres of the said examination, a KU release said.—PPI
