KARACHI, Dec 6: DHL has reaffirmed its commitment to Pakistan with plans to upgrade its business activities and investment. This was stated by Scott Price, chief executive officer of DHL Express, Asia Pacific, at a press conference here on Tuesday.

He said the company had already announced to invest $8 million in Pakistan in the next three years, including the construction of a new state-of-the-art airport airside facility in Karachi and upgrading of its service network.

Mr Price sees bright business prospects in the region as well as in Pakistan. In recent months, there have been clear indications of strong macroeconomic fundamentals in Pakistan, he added.
