700,000 children vaccinated


ISLAMABAD, Dec 5: Ruling out outbreak of measles in camps, authorities said on Monday that more than 700,000 children had so far been vaccinated against measles, polio, tetanus, typhoid and cholera in quake-hit areas.

About 270 mobile teams had been engaged by the health authorities, the Unicef and the World Health Organization to protect the children. —APP
