DAMASCUS, Dec 4: Five people were wounded in clashes between security forces and “a terrorist group” in the northern Syrian city of Aleppo on Sunday, the official SANA news agency reported.
“The clashes happened when security forces followed a terrorist group that intended to commit terrorist acts in Aleppo,” 355 kilometres north of Damascus, the report said.
Two terrorists were seriously wounded and hospitalised.—AFP
