HONG KONG, Dec 4: Briton Colin Montgomerie snatched a one-stroke victory at the Hong Kong Open on Sunday after South Africa’s James Kingston double-bogeyed the last hole of the final round.

The European number one player had a mixed final round containing three birdies and three bogeys but held his nerve by making crucial pars to stay in touch with the leaders.
