World Cup jerseys snatched
BERLIN, Dec 2: Thieves have plundered almost all of the 2006 World Cup national football team jerseys that have gone on display in underground stations in Berlin, an advertising agency said on Friday.
They made off with 18 of the 22 jerseys put up in display cases in three underground stations in central Berlin after breaking the glass cabinets, VVR-Berek advertising agency said.—AFP
