MT Greens in final
LAHORE, Dec 1: A fine unbeaten century by Ali Naqvi and Faisal Javed helped Model Town Greens enter the final of the Lahore Gymkhana Cup beating Universal Club by 124 runs at the Lahore Gymkhana ground on Thursday. Ali Naqvi scored 159 with 11 fours and eight sixes while Faisal scored 100 with 10 fours as Model Town piled up 350 for seven in the allotted 40 overs.
Haris Khan took three wickets for 79. In reply Universal were all out for 226 for seven in 40 overs.
Agha Navid (47) and Ali Masood (42) were the major scorers.
