LONDON, Dec 1: Former South Africa Test wicket-keeper Denis Lindsay has died aged 66, the sport’s ruling body (ICC) said on Thursday. Lindsay, whose father and uncle were Test cricketers, played 19 Tests, scoring 1,130 runs and dismissing 59 batsmen.
In the 1966-67 series against Australia he scored 606 runs in five Tests, the highest series aggregate by a wicket-keeper in Tests.—Reuters
