PIA introduces e-tickets
KARACHI, Dec 1: The Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) has introduced e-ticketing at major domestic stations, Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Peshawar, Quetta, Multan, Sukkur and Faisalabad, says a press release. E-tickets will enable customers to get tickets issued swiftly at dedicated PIA counters at airports and booking offices.
Because of electronic ticketing, passengers will face fewer frustrations with lost tickets, exchanges, refunds and airport check-in.
Subsequently, the facility will be available throughout the airline’s domestic and international network.
