WASHINGTON, Nov 30: The main building of the US Library of Congress was evacuated on Wednesday morning after a ‘suspicious door’ was detected and two people felt faint, Capitol police said.
Nearby buildings, including the US Capitol and the Supreme Court, were not affected.
The main Jefferson Building was evacuated shortly before 1500 GMT and the door was being investigated. —Reuters
