QUETTA, Nov 26: The provincial government has decided to evolve a line of action to dismantle outlaws’ camps in Balochistan and to protect national installations, mega projects, foreigners and outsiders working in the province. The decision was taken in a meeting held on Saturday, presided over by Chief Minister Jam Mohammad Yousuf and attended by Provincial Home Minister Mir Shoaib Nausherwani, IG Chaudhry Yaqoob, Director-General Levies Nawabzada Humayun Jogezai and others.
The meeting that continued for three hours reviewed overall law and order situation in the province.
It was decided in the meeting that subversive activities would not be allowed to become a hurdle in the development of the province and the government would strictly deal with the elements involved in subversion.
The meeting resolved that concrete steps would be taken for implementing the decision of dismantling outlaws’ camps in Balochistan,
It was also decided that deployment of law enforcement agencies in Balochistan would be increased for ensuring protection to national installations and mega projects in the province.
The meeting also reviewed the merger programme of levies into police.
