The polling, according to the commission, will be held on Dec 10 for which necessary arrangements are being made.

The candidates and the symbols allotted to them are as under:

PS-117: Dr Saghir Ahmad of MQM ‘Kite’, Pir Abdul Rashid of ARD ‘Arrow’ and Habib-ur-Rashid, an independent candidate, ‘Car’.

PS-120: Nishat Mohammad Zia Qadri of MQM ‘Kite’, Ahmad Waseem Alvi of ARD ‘Arrow’ and Mohammad Rashid, an independent candidate, ‘Car’.

The PS-106 and PS-117 had fallen vacant following election of Syed Mustafa Kamal and Kanwar Naveed Jameel as city nazims of Karachi and Hyderabad respectively. The PS-120 seat had fallen vacant due to the death of MPA Ali Bin Hamid of the Muttahida Qaumi Movement.
