KARACHI: SITE Town to give priority to civic uplift

KARACHI, Nov 26: Construction of roads, cleaning of drains and poor hygienic conditions are major problems which have been accorded top priority by the municipal administration of the SITE Town.

This was stated by the Town Nazim Izharuddin Khan while speaking at a meeting of the UC nazims and councillors and in this regard he sought their suggestions pertaining to the development works in their respective areas.

The town nazim reminded the due role of the UC nazims in the local uplift works and asked them to play an active role to achieve development targets.

JAMSHED TOWN: A press release issued by the Jamshed Town Municipal Administration said that fumigation campaign was launched in the town with the cooperation of the UCs.

Under the supervision of the UC Nazims, 10 vehicles took part in the campaign and major part of the town had been fumigated.
