DADU, Nov 25: The First Civil Judge Johi on Thursday ordered the DPO operation, Dadu, to register an FIR under sections 220 PPC and article 155/1C of PO against Dadu SP and TPO investigations. He also issued non-bail able warrants of arrest against seven persons including nazim of Chhinni UC, Johi taluka, on charges of misuse of powers, negligence in duty in a case, lodged by an ADP candidate of Chhinni UC, Syed Shahan Shah Jilani against Nazim of UC Chhinni of Dadu Ittehad Panel, Nadir Ali alias Bula Khan Shahani, Ghulam Ali Shahani, former nazim, Zulfiqar Shahani, Jumo Panhwar, Raza Mohammad Gaincho, Yousuf alias Juso Shahani and Din Mohammad son of Abbas on charges of injuring 12 persons during local body election outside different polling stations in UC Chhinni.

TPO investigation Gul Mohammad Chachar had submitted report before first civil judge Johi, stating that during investigation the case was challaned as A-class (untraced).

He said that he did not find accused and complainant during investigation. The statements of accused Nadir alias Bula Khan Shahani, Zulfiqar Shahani and Ghulam Ali Shahani were attached with police report and the judge took notice of the matter.
