LONDON, Nov 21: European stock exchanges mostly rose on Monday amid generator EDF’s market debut in Paris, although London trading was dampened by profit-taking and negative news over drugs giant GlaxoSmithKline. London’s FTSE 100 index was essentially unchanged at 5,497.9 points, while the Frankfurt DAX 30 rose 0.92 per cent to 5,170.61 points and in Paris the CAC 40 gained 0.66 to 4,586.38.—AFP
