LAHORE, Nov 19: The following were Saturday’s upcountry commodity market rates in rupees. Foodgrains (per 40 kg): Wheat 430 to 460; Jowar 300 to 500 Maize 460 to 500; Bajra 560 to 600; Barley 500 to 560.

Sugar: White 1116; Shakkar 1000 to 1500; Gur Fine 850 to 1020.

Oil And Oilseeds (per 40 kg): Mustard Oil 2200; Cottonseed Oil 2000; Coconut Oil 3500; Linseed Oil 2600; Cooking Oil 2000 to 2200.

Pulses (per 40 kg): Masoor Whole 1300 to 1800; Masoor Dal 1450 to 1550; Grams White 1480 to 1600; Grams Black 780 to 820; Grams Dal 890 to 920.

Maash Whole 1400 to 1500; Dal Maash Washed 1700 to 1900; Dal Maash Unwashed 15500 to 1650; Moong Whole 1250 to 1350; Dal Moong Washed 1450 to 1500; Dal Moong Unwashed 1400 to 1450.

Spices (per 40 kg): Cardamom Small 10000 to 24000; Cardamom Large 8000 to 10000; Clove 10000; Black Pepper 4300; Cumminseed Black 8000 to 12000; Cumminseed White 3600 to 4000; Chillies Grinded 1700; Chillies Dandicut 1400.

Turmeric Pak 1350; Turmeric Grinded 1700; Coriander 1700 to 2200; Coriander Grinded 2250; Darchini 2550 to 3000.—APP
