KARACHI, Nov 18: Six ships carrying steel coils, general cargo and containers are due to arrive at the outer anchorage on Saturday, according to KPT sources.

Berthing activity at the wharves was active where six vessels, APL Orchid, Corin Thaikos, Scotia and Iran Shahryar, to unload and load containers, Giada-D and Golden Freast, to offload chemicals, were berthed.

Two ships, Hyundai Stride and Hartati, departed on Friday, while Golden Freast, Kota Teguh, Sagamore, Giada-D, Pretty Flourish, Sanko Summit, Iran Shahryar, Victor Talalikhin, Sinar Bontang, Bolan, Neptune Ace and Wan Hai-265 are due to sail out on Saturday.

Cargo handling activity at the wharves was active where a total tonnage of 0.128m tons comprising 17,795 tons of export cargo, including 3,099 tons of rice and 0.111m tons of import tonnage, was handled.

The following ships are due on Saturday: Satha Bhum, Kota Jasa, Cape Scott, with containers, Erikousa, with scarp, Wilma with general cargo and Parinda Naree, with steel coils.
