4 die in Kashmir
SRINAGAR, Nov 16: Four people were killed and more than 30 wounded on Wednesday in a car bomb blast triggered by suspected rebels in the heart of the city, police said. “Four people have died and over 30 people are injured,” a senior state police official told AFP.
