Pilot’s body due today

LAHORE, Nov 15: The body of the pilot of a cargo plane which crashed in Afghanistan five days ago will reach Lahore on Wednesday noon, family said. Husnain Mehdi was among the 10 people killed when the C-130 crashed between Kabul and Dilgram while carrying food for US troops in Afghanistan from Dubai. The other crew of the plane were Russian nationals.

Mr Mehdi will be laid to rest in the Defence graveyard. Funeral will be held at his Main Defence Road residence.
