TEHRAN, Nov 13: A goal from Dante Lopez gave Paraguay a 1-0 win over Macedonia on Sunday to secure the South American side’s victory in a four-nation tournament in Iran. Iran claimed third place earlier in the day with a 2-0 victory over fellow World Cup qualifiers Togo.—Reuters
