Exclusion of Sindhi opposed


JACOBABAD, Nov 13: Cent-ral chairman of the Sindh Graduates Association, Altaf Gorar and vice-chairman Rehman Soomro at a press conference here on Saturday urged that the Language Act 1972 should not be amended. They said the Sindh governor could not exclude Sindhi or take it out of the curriculum.

They said a plan to settle aliens in Karachi was being implemented by issuing NICs to them. A meeting of the SGA was also held. Office-bearers Jabbar Lashari, Dr Sarwar Solangi and Abdul Sami attended the meeting. —Correspondent
