Volleyball trials on Nov 20-21

PESHAWAR, Nov 11: Two-day trials to select Pakistan boards volleyball team for the forthcoming National volleyball championship will be held at the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) Sports Gymnasium on Nov 20-21.

Director Sports BISE Din Muhammad said on Friday that all the 26 affiliated boards would send four players each to the trials.

The board has, in this connection, made arrangements for the accommodation of more than 100 players and officials.

A selection committee with secretary general NWFP Volleyball Association Shahid Kamal as its head will conduct trials. Khalid Waqar, Johar Khan and Hidayatullah are members of the committee.—APP
