KARACHI: PML youths chalk out rehabilitation programme

KARACHI, Nov 11: Pakistan Muslim League Youth Wing has chalked out a programme on “self-help basis” for rehabilitation of the quake victims so that without hurting their ego they could contribute to the economy.

Addressing a press conference at Karachi Press Club on Friday, Alim Adil Shaikh, central President of the PML Youth wing and chief coordinator of the Rehabilitation Programme Committee, said although our youths were busy along with NGOs and other social organisations in the ongoing relief operation in tentage villages and field hospitals, the biggest challenge and need of the hour was to provide employment at least for one year to the quake victims.

Youth wing leaders Shakil Roshan and Chaudhry Shabbir from Quetta, Raza Ali Shams from Faisalabad, Ms Sumera Hameed from Islamabad and Jafar-ul-Hasan from Karachi also spoke.
