Polls for KCCI chief today

KARACHI, Nov 11: The Karachi Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KCCI) will elect a new president on Saturday following the resignation of Mr Khalid Firoz. Market sources said that a tough fight was expected between Sultan Chawla (representative of Urdu speaking community) and Haroon Farooqui (from Punjabi speaking community) for the top slot.

Polling will start from 10.00a.m. to 6.00p.m. and around 10,000 KCCI members will cast their votes to elect next president of the chamber.
