SANTIAGO, Nov 9: Chile is on the brink of launching free trade negotiations with Japan, as it wraps up feasibility studies, a top trade official said. Carlos Furche, director of Chile’s International Economic Relations office, said the two countries could announce the launch of talks during the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation summit in South Korea from Nov 17-18.—Reuters
