India urged to allow relief helicopters into Valley

MUZAFFARABAD, Nov 6: The Ansar Burney Welfare Trust International has urged India to allow its helicopters to take an initial emergency relief consignment to earthquake victims in occupied Kashmir.
Talking to newsmen here, the organization’s chief Ansar Burney said India should not make it a political issue as the affected people needed immediate help.
The trust offered to provide warm clothes, blankets, mattresses, tents, food, medicines and doctors to affected people by helicopters, he said.
