KARACHI: Two commit suicide

KARACHI, Nov 6: Two youngsters committed suicide in separate incidents in different parts of the city on Eid day. Mohammad Shakil, 20, committed suicide by consuming poisonous substance after he was scolded by his parents in the Agra Taj Colony, police said.

He was shifted to the Civil Hospital where he was pronounced dead on arrival. In another incident, Shoaib, 30, consumed poisonous substance after altercation with his family members in the Eidgah area.

Police said that Shoaib wanted to visit the shrine of Shah Noorani in Hub on his own car, but the family members objected.

He locked himself in his room and consumed poisonous substance.
