DHAKA: The cabinet on Wednesday approved three draft agreements to be signed at the summit of the South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation here on November 12-13.
The draft deals include agreements on establishment of a Saarc arbitration council, avoidance of double taxation, and mutual administrative assistance in customs operations.
The agreement on mutual administrative assistance in customs operations aims to enhance regional administrative cooperation on customs issues, said sources present in the meeting.
If signed, the agreement will facilitate exchange of information on any offence relating to customs.
