ASMARA, Nov 2: Former foes Ethiopia and Eritrea have both moved troops and tanks towards the border in recent weeks, a UN source said on Wednesday, after the world body reported that the situation on the frontier had become tense. A UN statement said on Tuesday UN peacekeepers had altered their description of the situation on the ground to “tense” from “stable”.—Reuters
