SUKKUR, Oct 30: A man and a woman were gunned down on the pretext of karo-kari in the Rahim Boohar village, near Ubauro, Ghotki district, on Saturday night.
Nazir Boohar, suspecting that his sister Suhni, 24, was having illicit relations with Essa Boohar, 35. He shot dead his sister and Essa with the help of Abdul Ghafoor Boohar.
Ms Marvi, widow of Essa Boohar, registered an FIR against Nazir Boohar, Abdul Ghafoor Boohar and an unk-nown person.
Accused Nazir Boohar surrendered before the police along with a pistol while raids were being conducted to arrest the remaining accused.
