Prof Salma’s death condoled


ISLAMABAD, Oct 27: Chairman Senate, Muhammadmian Soomro has expressed his deep grief and sorrow over the sad demise of Professor Umme Salma Zaman. She was a renowned educationist, author of several books and founder principal of Sir Syed Girls College, Karachi. In his message of condolence, chairman Senate lauded the services rendered by Prof Salma and observed that Pakistan has been deprived of a great scholar.—PPI
