Relief stamp sheet project launched
ISLAMABAD, Oct 27: The postal department on Thursday launched a relief stamp sheet project aimed at contributing Rs45 million to the President’s Earthquake Relief Fund.
Speaking at a press conference, Minister of Communication Shamim Siddiqui said the denomination of these sheets would be Rs100 and Rs25. He said there would be usable stamps valuing Rs32 in the Rs100 sheet.
He said initially 0.3 million sheets each of Rs100 and Rs25 relief stamps were being put for sale to fetch Rs45 million.
