LONDON, Oct 25: The England cricket team departed on Tuesday for Pakistan with a warning from captain Michael Vaughan that this will be their toughest tour.

“I guess this is the toughest challenge because we’ve got a lot of players going here for the first time,” Vaughan told a news conference on the eve of the team’s departure.

“Hopefully we’ll get our plans right and have a successful tour by doing exactly what we did in the summer, which was a lot of hard work and playing some good cricket.”—Agencies
