PESHAWAR, Oct 25: Third semester students of BCS and BIT, who are not appearing in mid-term examinations, would be considered absent, according to the chairman of the Department of Computer Science, University of Peshawar.

Dr Mohammad Abid said the examinations, which had started on Monday, would continue as per schedule.

They had informed students about examination schedule 10 days ago but some student leaders were spoiling others’ career by persuading them not to appear in the examinations, a press release said.
