SHEIKHUPURA, Oct 25: Three people were killed and two others received serious injuries when a gas cylinder exploded at Muridke, some 20km from here, on Tuesday night.
According to SP Headquarters Aasher Hamid, the accident occurred at a shop at 8 pm when a LPG cylinder exploded.
The shop caught fire which claimed the lives of Qasim Mushtaq of Fatehgargh, Lahore and two unknown persons.
Two others, Muhammad Nawaz and Haji Fateh Muhammad, were rushed to the Mayo Hospital, Lahore, in critical condition.—APP
