KARACHI, Oct. 25: Chief Justice of Sindh High Court has appointed Justice Anwar Zaheer Jamali inquiry officer to conduct an inquiry against Khair Muhammad Solangi, Civil Judge and Judicial Magistrate (under suspension) Lakhi Ghulam Shah on charges of “misconduct” “inefficiency” and “corruption”
The inquiry shall be conducted in accordance with the provisions of the Sindh Civil Servants (Efficiency & Discipline) Rules, 1973 and the report shall be forwarded to the authorised officer within 15 days of the conclusion of the proceedings, a handout said here Tuesday.—APP
