Faisal, Hanif slam centuries

KARACHI, Oct 22: Skipper Faisal Athar and Hanifur Rahman hammered centuries as Hyderabad amassed 297 for three against Lahore Ravi on the first day of the Quaid-i-Azam Trophy Silver League fixture at the Niaz Stadium in Hyderabad on Saturday.

Faisal made 124 off 241 balls with 20 boundaries before he retired hurt. Hanif was more belligerent as he struck 17 fours and four sixes in making 123 during the second-wicket partnership of 190 in 158 minutes with Faisal.
