Ejaz goal shocks Wapda
RAWALPINDI, Oct 14: Mohammad Ejaz’s winner gave PTCL a 2-1 victory over Wapda in the Premier League soccer on Friday. Ejaz opened the scoring in the 14th minute before Wapda’s Qamar Zaman levelled in the 23rd minute.
PTCL were rescued when Ejaz slammed home the match-winner in the 36th minute.
Khan Research Laboratories (KRL) thrashed Panther Club 4-0.
Winger Qadeer Ahmad struck his 15th goal of the league with the game just two minutes old, while Waseem doubled the lead two minutes later with long-range drive.
Usman Sattar dodged past the defenders to find the target on a solo effort in the 16th minute. Usman got his double on the stroke of half time when he netted off a cross by Qadeer.
