KARACHI, Oct 12: The Board of Secondary Education Karachi has announced the schedule for submission of forms of SSC Part-II (Class X) annual examination, 2006.

According to a notification, forms for Science and General Group (regular candidates) will be available at 14 designated branches of NBP and 20 designated branches of HBL from Oct 17.

Forms would be accepted till Nov 21 with normal fee. With a late fee of Rs100, Rs200 and Rs500, forms can be submitted up to Dec 5, Dec 26 and Jan 1 respectively.

The examination forms can also be obtained from the BSE store on payment through pay order. All school heads concerned have been advised not to forward any individual’s examination form to the board and ensure that forms of all the students of their respective school be submitted in one stretch.

The designated bank branches are: NBP-Board Office, Binori Town, Denso Hall, Drigh Colony Faisal Bazaar, Lasbella, Gulshan-i-Iqbal Rashid Minhas Road, Urdu Science College, Korangi Township, Landhi Township K-Area, Landhi Babar Market, Sharifabad, Malir City Liaquat Market, Orangi Town and Rahimabad F.B‘ Area.

HBL-Abul Hasan Ispahani Road, Al-Azam Square, Bahdurabad, Drigh Colony No-1, Defence Housing Society, Gulistan-i-Jauhar, Ghaffar Goth Steel Town, Hassan Square, Sher Shah, Korangi No 2, Landhi No 6, Malir City, Muslim Town, Orangi Town, Preedy Street, Rizvia Society, Ranchore Line, Sharea Faisal, Jamshed Road/Hyderabad Colony, Taimuriya Market near Board Office.
