KARACHI, Oct 11: A walk will be organized to observe the International White Cane Day here on Oct 15. The walk arranged by Food and Music Programme for Special Children, will start at 9:30am from Ida Rieu Institute for Blind and Hearing Impaired Children at Old Numaish. The Food and Music Programme for Special Children has also arranged an Iftar party for blind children of the institute in question on the same day at a local restaurant.—PPI
