LAHORE, Oct 10: Exiled former prime minister Mian Nawaz Sharif has directed Punjab leaders and office-bearers of his party to arrange relief goods worth at least Rs100 million for the quake-hit.

In a statement on Monday, he said his party supporters should leave all other engagements and dedicate themselves to the rehabilitation of those affected the calamity.

He asked the victims to be patient as the entire nation was with them.

On instructions from the party leadership, Punjab PML-N President Zulfikar Khosa has set up a relief camp at the party’s provincial secretariat in Tariq Block, Garden Town.
