Two killed in Mardan

MARDAN, Oct 10: Two persons were killed in two incidents in Mardan district. Sher Mohammad allegedly stabbed one Hayat Khan, of Nowshehra at Hoti. In another incident, Aqeel Bhadar of Lund Khwar and his accomplices killed Liaqat of Gul Mera.

The accused had chased the coach in a car, stopped it near Sri Behlol, forced Liaqat to step down and started firing on him. He succumbed to his injuries while on the way to a hospital.—Correspondent
