Surrender
LANDI KOTAL (Khyber Agency), Oct 10: A man named Khiyal Bat alias Patokay surrendered himself to the political authorities on Monday during an ongoing operation against outlaws to get two kidnapped men freed. The authorities, however, failed to find Nassebur Rehman and Nadir Khan of Peshawar, who were kidnapped at gunpoint two months back.
