LAHORE, Oct 5: Eighteen players selected after trials will attend a training camp that starts from Oct 15 for selecting a Punjab team for the India-Pakistan Punjab Games basketball event to be held here from Dec 21 to 27.

The trials were held at Iqbal Park Sports Complex, which were participated by 42 probables.

Players: Muhammad Jahangir, Muhammad Akhter, Sheraz Ahmed (Wapda), Zahid Mehmood (HBL), Allah Baksh (Railways), Falik Sher, Omer Khalid (HBL), Ahmed Jan, Adeel (Wapda), Shah-e-Zaman, Samson Mushtaq (Gujranwala), Alijah (Wapda), Praim Shahzad (Nomi) (Wapda), Asad Iqbal (Wapda), Umair (Sargodha), Hafiz Hameed (Faisalabad), Asher Sadiq (Wapda), Aqeel Salim (Wapda).

Standbys: Mazhar Iqbal (Wapda), Saadat Jahangir (Police), Muhammad Naveed (Wapda).
